Frustrated

Today seemed to be the day for every rude person in the area to come into Lowe's. I got cussed out by an older couple because they had to return a water filter again. Seriously, if you're gonna get that mad about returning a water filter, grow up. I get that it is frustrating to get things that don't work, but there is no need to throw a big fit about it and cuss at everyone who is trying to help you. If you don't feel like you're going to be able to have a civil conversation with someone without pitching a fit, then don't leave you're house. It does nobody good, and it makes everyone who comes in contact with you have a worse attitude than they did already, or it could even ruin their day. That is just flat out rude if you ask me. Than this smart ellec of a man comes through my line having an attitude about everything he says. When I tried to help him cut some plastic with my box knife I state that the blade was dull, and he came back with another smart ellec that we sold them in the store, you know. No way. I had no idea we sold box knife blades in a hardware store. That totally never occurred to me (notice that this is sarcasm on my part). I mean really, who doesn't know that Lowe's has those. As you can see, I did not have the best day. It is okay though now that it is over and I can relax the rest of the night. I just hope tomorrow is a better day!
